BOOK NEWS
My next book 'Harder Than Ever: A History of Heavy Metal' is in the works - originally it was set to be completed this year and for release in 2027... My apologies to those of you who were expecting the book in 2027. But I promise you that the wait will be more than worth it.

Releasing on 30th Jan (UK) & 30th March (USA) Available to preorder now: https://pen-and-sword.

Solemn the drums thrill; Death august and royal Sings sorrow up into immortal spheres, There is music in the midst of desolation And a glory that shines upon our tears. They went with songs to the battle, they were young, Straight of limb, true of eye, steady and aglow. They were staunch to the en
